Most AI builders start from the model and look for a use case. I started from the other side — a decade inside enterprise infrastructure: SAP landscapes on AWS, Azure estates at scale, CI/CD, incident response, and the operational discipline that keeps regulated systems running.
Today I use that ground truth to build AI systems operations teams actually trust: agent skills with human-in-the-loop approval, MCP servers that expose infrastructure safely, and a shared skills catalog that turns day-2 operations into agentic workflows.
